Big Python Jerk Chutney... This Chutney is exceptional and totally unique.  It is a blend of sweet fruits and a MILD Caribbean Jerk Spice.  In the islands, Jerk spice if often used as a paste to coat chicken and goat before cooking so the flavours penetrate deep into the meat, it's really fantastic.  That's part of what is great about this chutney, you can still cook with it.  Toss it with some chicken wings before you bake them... it's just delicious.  This chutney is also fantastic with beef, mixed with sour cream on top of nacho's, on burgers and of course with Goat.      
  Winter Butternut and Beer.  Our Newest Addition to our line!  Made with Beau's all natural Lug Tread Lagered Ale, roasted butternut squash and red pepper with corn, apples and onions.  The main spices are fresh ginger and turmeric.  It really reminds me of an english corn relish.   I have to tell you I just love this one, it's really a great chutney for sandwiches, hot dogs, sausages and steaks.  We've even had it with steamed veggies, rice and just by itself on mashed potatoes.    
 NORTH INDIA CHUTNEY.  My Great, Great Grandfather 'The Major' discovered this authentic North India Chutney in 1884.  It's marvelous flavours are a blend of sweet fruits with aromatic spices, onions, and a hint of curry.  Our family has enjoyed it for over 125 years with every thing from grilled meats, chicken, burgers, mixed into stews and sauces to spoonfuls on top of hot scones.  Cooking can be an art form, Use your imagination and add some 'WOW' to your next meal.
